STORYLINE
In the quiet shadows of an ordinary home, a deep emotional distance lingers between a father and his young daughter. The man, lost in his own silent world, follows a monotonous routine—getting up, leaving for the day, and returning late, disconnected from the life growing around him. Meanwhile, his daughter, left behind in the hollow emptiness of their home, searches for warmth and connection in a place that feels increasingly unfamiliar.
Through a series of seemingly simple yet deeply symbolic moments—a dripping faucet, a lonely meal, a silent stare—“Shadows of Memories” explores the invisible walls that form between loved ones and the pain of unspoken words. The father, seeking solace in solitude, finds himself drawn to a fleeting moment of happiness when he sees a joyful family by the river, forcing him to confront what he has lost.
As time passes, the daughter struggles to make sense of her father’s absence, expressing her emotions through small acts of rebellion and silent longing. But when the father finally returns home, the tension lingers in the air. A simple gesture, a small act of connection, might be enough to mend the cracks in their fragile bond—or perhaps, it is already too late.
